At Therabody, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your return reason.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
